REMINDER

The Annual General and Committee meetings due to be held on Thursday 28th May 2020 at 7.30 p.m. in the Community Centre are cancelled. A new date will be announced as soon as practicable.

The Charity Commission have confirmed that this is acceptable as our accounts are due to be confirmed and returned to them by the 31st Jan2021.

During the current outbreak all future centre bookings are accepted on a provisional basis only. Final written confirmation and booking forms will be sent nearer the time when the ongoing situation is known. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation during this period.

During the closure the centre is being redecorated and it is hoped that the floor will be resurfaced.

The hall accounts (to the 31st March 2020), along with the annual report will be circulated and hard copy placed on the external notice board outside the hall.
