HOLY TRINITY AND ST MARKS SILENT AUCTION 2024

BIDDING RULES

• Bidding will be open from 2.00pm. Saturday November 30th until the close at 9:00pm December 16th 2024.  Results published Wednesday 18th December.
• By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
• Holy Trinity Church reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Silent Auction.
• Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. All items are “as is”.
• Holy Trinity Church  provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.
• To make a bid for any Silent Auction item, simply complete a bidding form.
• You may bid on any item in any Silent Auction section until the item is closed.
• Once the auction is declared closed, the highest bid shall constitute the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, Holy Trinity Church Social Committee will act as the final authority.
• The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange payment (Credit card, cheque). Once payment has been made items must be collected from Holy Trinity Church, Bolton-le-Sands.
• Any item left unclaimed by 20th December will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
