St John’s Hospice Choir is 10 years old.

St John’s Hospice Choir was formed 10 years ago to provide support for staff and friends in the hospice.  It has gone from strength to strength and now has over 40 members.  It’s activities have changed from just providing an environment for staff and friends to meet and relax and now provides valuable income for the hospice by giving concerts.

It has a varied reportoire which include popular classics, specially arranged pieces, modern songs and classical pieces sung in four parts, soprano, alto, tenor and bass.  The choir meets each Thursday evening and always welcome new members.  The choir has raised thousands of pounds through the years to support the work of the hospice.

You’re invited to the 10th Birthday Celebration of our very own St John’s Hospice Choir!
Enjoy a night of singing and music featuring soloists, live musicians and harmony singing from your favourite fundraising choir. Visit www.sjhospice.org.uk/choirbirthday to buy your tickets today!  Tickets are also available from the hospice and on the night.
This wonderful group of talented singers have entertained us at many fundraising events as well as performed for patients and families over the years. We’d love to see you there for this special event.
