North Western Synod has been awarded its first Eco-Synod award. It is now the URC’s second synod to have reached Bronze, West Midlands being the first in March 2021. “The act of building a better, more sustainable world is kingdom building,” said the Revd Daleen ten Cate, Green Apostle for the Synod. “We should not underestimate the seeds we sow.”
