We are pleased to announce that our church has been granted the Eco Church Bronze Award.
When we first looked at the survey , some time ago, we felt we would not be able to achieve an award.
However with the help of Daleen ten Cate , Mentor and Green Apostle and the encouragement of the ministers of the Lancashire North Missional Partnership Revd John Gordon and Revd Irene John, we have gained this award.
It has been quite a journey working through the various sections of the survey which includes
Worship & Teaching, Buildings, Land , Community and Global Engagement and Lifestyle.
As this was completed online it has given us the opportunity to improve our IT skills.
