We are pleased to announce our next Spot-On show will be performing at Bolton-le-Sands Library! Diyet and the Love Soldiers are an alt-country band from Canada’s Yukon who blend Americana, folk and roots to create their own music. Their songs are shaped by Diyet’s life as an Indigenous woman raised on the ancestral lands of the Kluane First Nation and living a life walking in two worlds. Inspired by vast landscapes, clashing and embracing environments, Diyet’s heart felt lyrics paint a picture of wildness, truth, hope, reconciliation, history, and the community that surrounds her.
If you like artists who balance raw honesty with atmospheric Americana, you will find something specials in Diyet and the Love Soldiers. The trio have a magnetic stage presence and a warmth of storytelling. Diyet’s voice fills a room with both strength and vulnerability. Audiences often describe their concerts as quietly transformative, the kind of performance that lingers long after the final note.
Tea and coffee will be provided during the interval, but audiences are welcome to bring their own drinks and snacks for the performance.
Suitable for ages 10 + For more information check out diyetmusic.com or email [email protected]
