Lancaster and Morecambe Dial-a-Bus

Community Transport Scheme

WHAT DOES IT DO?

The Dial-a-Bus service provides door-to-door services for people with mobility restrictions. Their vehicles are equipped with lifts and passenger restraints so that wheelchair users can travel without having to transfer to a seat.
The Dial-a-Bus Service ran for a number of years taking people to Booths in Carnforth and Morrisons in Morecambe every Tuesday and Friday. As well as providing access to the shops it was also invaluable in helping people remain connected to their friends and wider social network. This service stopped during the pandemic but we are keen for it to restart.
WHAT DO WE NEED?
To do so we need to have at least four people would use it on a weekly basis. Therefore we would like know 1) if you would like to use this service, 2) your preferred destination(s) and 3) your preferred days.
